Does this mean I'm going to die or is it the reaction from the violent abuse I had? Please help I really want to know?

I'm going to take you at your word. Shame on you all for making fun of a vulnerable young lady who was violently abused!
First, are you in a safe place physically - away from the abusers? If not you need to find this place.
Second, if you can, try to cut all ties to them. I realize this may not be possible.
Third, I hope you can get some kind of spiritual guidance and psychological counseling. You need good and morally strong people to stand by you. It sounds like you are trying to resolve the abuse you experienced. Stay positive and keep only good and positive people close to you.
Sometimes, the spiritual world could be stronger and more real than the reality surrounding us. It can also be very dangerous if you get mixed up with the wrong people.
You could be having an "out of body" experience and you don't want to leave your body unprotected. You also don't want to travel to some dangerous realm. Get protected with good forces. If you believe in God or a spiritual force in the universe, ask for help and protection at night.

You might be psychic, and should probably seek the help of someone in that community. Try going to food co-ops and health food stores --- usually people there are friendly and know of "real" folks who are into that alternative stuff (don't look online, there are SO many fakes).
You might also be reacting to the abuse you suffered... if you're open to it, those new-agey people might be able to help you out too (especially if you do not mind your soul coming out and don't want it treated as a mental illness). Either way, if you seek help, ask around regarding it (there are alot of really pathetically bad counselors- I've had quite a few).

Your soul comes out, no I don't think so.
A spirit can come out of you. You have no power to control the soul from leaving or staying.
The spirit on the other hand is a very different subject. Spirits go in and out of humans all the time. The spirit world effects even those humans who claim they don't believe in it.
I would say that it is the latter in this case. Your past plays an important part in all this.
Spirits don't kill humans, if they had that kind of power there would be no real Christians alive today.

Explain please, what do you mean your soul comes out of you? Are you doing negative things every night because of what happened to you, if so you need to seek counseling as soon as possible someone you can talk to (a neutral third party) there are clinics available on a sliding scale basis, also there are abuse hot lines every where check your local telephone book in the front pages usually. Everyone's soul leaves when you sleep. This is when it goes and re-energizes itself. It visits our loved ones souls, people who have passed on. But mostly it re-energizes for another day. If you have a negative outlook and are evil, there are times when the soul will not return because it cannot live in this type of situation. Then you're dead.

Don't worry... If I understand you correctly, as you sleep your soul- spirit comes out of your body, I know another woman that does it very well, sometimes mistaking for a ghost. I was ask this once because I see ghost most of my life, I was ask... was it a live person... I said what... so yes this is known to happen, not to worry. perhaps it's a gift, or to do with your aura around your body is to large, I think I came out of my body a few times myself, and if that what it is, it's because of prayer and having a compassionate heart.

This sounds like you may be having spontanious Out Of Body Experiences (OOBE). This does not mean you are dying. It is your spirit escaping your body because of the hurt. Do a internet search on OOBE or Out Of Body Experience.
