Adam and Eve were in paradise, which is the same thing, and they were flesh and blood, somewhere around the Euphrates and the Tigris, don't know if the Angel is still acting as doorman now that the Americans are in Iraq

Well, according to the godbook, we are made "in His image" so I suspect he has a nose, and fingers, and nose-hair, and all that stuff. The only photo I saw was from a pretty good distance, so his features were indistinct, but he did have two arms and two legs, as far as I could tell around the trenchcoat.
Then again, he may be one solid lump, like a statue. Or he might have wheels and gears and such. Or possibly (just possibly) he doesn't really exist, so speculating on his internal integuments is a pointless exercise.
Take your pick.
I personally like the "three of everything" suggestion above. Sort of Douglas Adams-ish.

****Does God have internal organs? Like a spleen or tonsils? ****
Ahahahahaha
The Books say The Lord walked in the Garden.
Everyone has heard of the hand of God.
Moses was said to have seen the back of God.
Some folks say the Lord speaks directly to or through them. So, yes if such a thing as God existed it probably would have internal organs also.
Have a pleasant day.

Hang on, we Human Being Spirits do!
The real us, Spirits in a Body, have Internal Organs that digest the Word of GOD.
I am not talking about our Physical Bodys.
Children of GOD can digest Spiritual Food, the Word of GOD.
How yu like thaaaattt.

No, my child, God is a spirit and has no body, nor would he need one as he is perfect in every way. But he needs our feet to carry his message of love, our hands to heal the suffering in the world. Does God have a spleen? Not as we understand it. You, you must be God's spleen for him!

Depends. If you see the universe itself as one big entity with different levels of consciousness then you might consider each and every one of us to be the "guts" of god.

God is a spirit, infinite, eternal, and unchangeable in his wisdom, being, power, justice, goodness, holiness, and truth.
He has no body at all save for Jesus when he lived on earth.
