Doesn't matter how long any illegal immigrant has been in this country - they should not be here.

And I have a very interesting question myself - why do pro illegals CONSTANTLY pull in that Mexicans are the only illegal immigrants in this country? They come from every nation, every race and religious belief. Why does it seem that the pro illegals always turn it back onto the Mexicans? If anyone is specifying a certain person, it is the pro illegals. Maybe look in the mirror before using the word racist.

And second of all the illegals in this country(most just happen to be Mexican) have broken the law and now they are criminals, no matter they are here with good intentions or not. Of course we are. But you also have to realize that we can tell by the lack of English and lack of a real social who is that far into the generations of living here that long. My best friend in junior high was a Mexican and no trouble with the English language and barely spoke Spanish. I would say that her family had been here awhile. But if the whole family don't speak enough English to ask a question, how far back do you think the generations go?

If it were due to race, I'd have been against it a long time ago.

Are you not aware that all immigrants are not Mexican, that many Americans are of many different ethnic and national origins? Did you not know the Mexican-American citizens of the USA who are LEGAL are not the issue? Do you not understand that this issue is about illegal not legal immigrants?
