How old are you? Are you pregnant and/or diabetic? How about your Blood Pressure, high? Do you take any medications? Why? Are you overweight? Do you drink a lot of pop and/or eat a lot of salt? Do you sit a lot? What kind of excercise do you get? How often?


Am very overweight, not pregant, im 19. I don't excerise i drink alot of diet big k pop. Im not a diebetic. As far as i know i don't have high blood pressure. I have had gallbladder out, the only med im on is lexapro. -Depression.

Eating to much salt in your diet,,,,, high blood pressure,,, several reasons,,,, you need to be checked by a Doctor.

are you on them all day?
Or too much salt/salty foods.
Drink more water and walk/stretch every 2 hours when sitting a lot.

lower your salt intake and try putting your feet up! Also soak your feet in some epsom salt it takes some of the swelling!

Water retention. Sometimes linked with pregnancy or assorted heart or blood preassure problems.

Your body is holding water in the tissues. Stop eating salty foods.
If that doesn't help, see a doc, it could be serious.

Take less salt in your diet and put your feet up when you can
