If it is 2 months old, you should take it back to for replacement or warranty repair. I am guessing either the charging circuit is damaged or battery is already dead. Either way, you won't be able to fix it yourself. (unless you are handy, but then if you do, you'll void the warranty)

Return it to the place that you bought it. It must be defective or the battery may be dead! Contact Apple.
