It's when you ejaculate in your sleep. usually because of a erotic dream. Yes woman also have orgasms in their sleep they just get very wet though. It's totally normal.

A dream where you wake up and have sperm on you. Don't worry it's just your Bodys way of Materbating for you if you don't do it yourself. And since girls don't have sperm they can't have wet dreams altough they still can have dreams about Sexual encounters.

it is when a dream is so sexualy chareged that a male will wake up with sheets that are soaked with seamen and other sex related discharges. girls can have them. the main diffrence is that the discharge will be less and useualy not as nessecary to change the sheets. only ones under garments.
