Sit in front of a chair.. Place both of your hands on the end of the chair's corners, lift yourself up, and bend your arms to a 90 degree angle, drop down, and repeat. So basically, you're supporting yourself on the palms of your hands.

Push-ups are also a GREAT way to tone your arms.

When I was younger I used to do this before I could afford a quality gym set or a gym membership.

Use a large pop (soda for you American types) bottle, the 2L size is perfect and fill the bottle with water. Use that to do arm curles as well as tri-cep extensions. You will have to do a lot of reps to get good tone but the weight isn't a lot and it provides a constant weight and it's easy to do when you're at home.

As for your push-up's. I don't know many girls who could do 1 set of 15 push-up's. Well done to you.

The flabbiness is usually under the arm. Do backwards pushups (hands on a low table behind you, lower yourself up and down); or do high reps of backward lifts with 5-10 pound weights.

2. Try yoga or pilates both these exercise do great thinds in lengthing and making musles leaner and stronger.

Weight lifting has very little effect on losing fat, because it's an anaerobic exercise which burns primarily carbs (sugar and glycogen). Look at the olympic weighlifters. If weight-lifting burned fat, they'd be one of the slimmest athletes out there.

The fact is that if you want to get rid of fat in your body, you have to do aerobic exercises, such as running, swimming or cycling...

try lifting weights.

it will give you a more toned muscles without the bumps.

if you start seeing bumpy muscles like the men would usually like to have on their arms, then stop. you ain't got flabby arms no more.

Weights and resistant training. You need to get rid of all the fat too though, so try doing some cardio such as walking, or cycling too. Goodluck!

Lifting like 5lb-10lb weights. Just do it when doing something relaxing, like watching TV or a movie. They're reasonably priced, and you can basically do it whenever/wherever!
