I think you have it a little mixed up...cup sizes start from the smallest to the largest...

CCC CC C
DDD DD D
and so forth

It might help to know what size you are at present. If you are an AA cup then a B cup is more realistc. If you are a B cup, then going up to a D cup is fine. As long as the implants do not throw your body out of proportion do what makes you happy. Being a 32D will make your bust measurement around 36 inches so if your hips/bum measures at least 36 inches, I think this will be proportionate otherwise you might end up looking 'barbie-ish' lol.

No Way. You my look better in clothes with them, But you won't look better naked. You can almost always tell a fake pair by looking at them bare, or atleast I can. The scars look horrendous. Tara Reid, need I say more, ugh. And you can ALWAYS tell a fake pair by feeling them. If you care more about the people who see you clothed than you do about the people who get to see you naked and/or touch them, then go ahead. But personally I don't ever like to see or recommend implants unless the girl is flat to the point of looking boyish. I would much rather have a pair that looks and feels like a real B cup than a pair that looks and feels like a fake D cup. I think a lot of women worry about breast size the way men worry about penis size. Big ones are nice, but size really doesn't matter(unless they're almost non existent), they're all fun to play with.

Those big double D breast implants look Crazy. If you want to trade your naturally ample, healthy breasts for Huge, cartoon looking implants that will probably get hard in a few years--then thats your choice.

I think that it is both wrong and a waste of money.if u r already a almost a d why do u want dd's?

48ddd,it is not all gravy.Haven't u heard about what could happen to u if one burts?U could be sick 4 da rest of your llife.I had 2 quit school 4 a while to nurse my sister ,after she got inplants.Be happy with yourself u r that way 4 an reason.

There is a point where breasts get too big and gross looking, and DD would be beyond that point. C-D size is a very attractive size and nothing is better than being natural. So I say do not do it.

First as a guy I ask why???? Be happy with what God has given you. You are big enough in the breast. I have had gfs who were that big naturally and believe me, it ain't all that you think its cracked up to be. Especially when you get older. I don't know how old you are, but I strongly advise you to stay all natural and be happy that you were blessed in being made perfect in the way you are.

I advise against it. I have DD and look forward to getting a reduction. Its possible that they will have a bad effect on your health if you do gat them*back pains, migraines* But if you really want bigger breasts, you can just wait until childbirth and they'll expand naturally.

Don't need implants. C cups and D cups are great. Too big are a turn off.

bigger is not always better.
Remember our friend gravity? Well our friend will remember you with back pain and other problems later in life if you get those implants.
I knew a gal that had large breasts like that and she had a lot of pain so she ended up doing a breast reduction to alleviate the pain.
I am not trying to scare you, I am just trying to make it so you see the whole picture and not hurt yourself.
