you need a fax modem in the computer and fax software.

yes their are a few companies that will let u send faxes & receive as emails 2 receive is normally free but sending is charged @ a varaible rate depending what monthly plan you go on for usage.

All you have to do is include their fax on your computer as a printer choice.
