I bet it didn't , considering the fact that 50% of lung cancer occurs in non smokers.

It won't. There is no Scientific research on the effects of second hand smoke. The so called evidence is a report done by the Surgeon General in which his findings are based on his logical deductions. He decided that second hand smoke had to cause cancer and claimed it to be fact.

This is not rhetoric. It is fact and was recently proven in court. This is one of the reasons the Court overturned the finding against the Cigarette companies last month.

With the new smoking laws, now as many people get lung cancer as before, but a lot of Russian mobsters are making a fortune on bootlegging cigarettes.

They had a good lobbyist.
