I need one for a phone job, but I am totally confused at what is on the shelf at Staples. Those seem to be cordless, which is no good for me, as I will need extended talk time. Also, how do these work. Do you remove the reciever when a call comes in or flip a button?

yes the headsets are for sale at best buy, or radio shack, or other electronic stores, they are the same ones you use for cordless. no difference, and you hit a button on your hip or qat your ear when you get called. same thing as cordless. Ask before you buy. Ask ask....

I don't know much about the headsets, unless you are talking about the type that like might come with a regular cordless phone for home use, but I don't think you are. Ask you boss, or while you are at Staples, ask the people that work there for help. After all, thats what they are there for right? Good luck!

I went to Radio Shack or the source and that i offered a swap that is powered with the help of batteries, and the swap connects between the handset and the backside of a ordinary telephone set. It has a jack for a 2.5 mm plug. I related my headset to the swap. while i'm no longer making use of the headset, I go away the swap interior the handset postion to shop the batteries.
