You may be getting too much sleep. Try to get on a pattern. Go to bed at 10 for example & get up at 6. Try to not get more than 8 hours. Do this for a few weeks & your energy level will probably pick up. Internal clock or something like that. My doc told me this. Try to avoid napping during the day if you can. If you have to nap, take 30mn-45mn & do it about the same time everyday. You have to get yourself on a schedule.
Another suggestion...there is an illness that does this to you. You are just tired all the time. I forget what it's called. But that is possible too.
Maybe talk to a doctor if it is interfering with your life. School / work / etc....

The first answerer has a good point. Being tired all the time can also be linked to depression or anemia. You should get a physical to be diagnosed - though it is probably nothing.
Note: If you are a teen, many in your age group sleep quite a lot, and remain tired - goes with the age, I guess.

Too much sleep can make you feel tired. And, as was mentioned, depression can be a culprit. But it can also be a symptom of medical conditions. You should see a doctor who will perhaps do some tests and bloodwork. Good for you, being aware that there might be a problem.

Possibly too much sleep is as bad as, or worse than, not enough.
Are you eating a nutritious diet?
Are you bored or depressed?
Do you get enough exercise everyday?
Have you had a check up lately - iron deficiency, thyroid disorder, are possibilities.
So your question is difficult to answer here without more information. My best advice would be to see a doctor if you can't identify any simple reason.

Seriously - how old are you?
If you are still in your teens - it is your emotions trying to catch up with your body.
If in your twenties - girl, go to bed. Get yourself use to getting up at, at least 10:AM, and find something worth living for.
If your thirty's - YOU are getting OLD. Face it!!!!
