I'm about 110 pounds, I'm 14, I uhh wear like mini skirts a lot and like with tanks, I have medium like to my shoulder length hair, and i'm about 5ft. tall.....lol yea i no im short...anyway do i sound cute and/or date-able????

Lord love a duck. You have described your physical outward self....but trust me, you do not want to date guys who judge you by looks alone.
You are 14 years old. You are still a very young teenager. Lower your skirts, and start wearing shirts and blouses that do not scream out "I want sex, now"
Spend time to develop your mind. The dating scene is a jungle, and intelligence and common sense is a must.
Matter of fact, your future self is probably wishing you would pay more attention to your studies than to skirt length. Education and good grades is the way to good jobs. And a good job puts you in the driver's seat in a relationship. If you find yourself being beaten or treated badly by your man, you will have the resources to get up and go.
