he stares at me in class, calls my name in class, touches my hair, when i pass by him he touches my back, but when i say hi 2 him he just says hey and leaves. i really like him more than a friend but idk if he feels the same way?!?

There is a good chance your friend fancies you, yes, but to know for sure you should probably just ask him.. Or if you can't, have a friend ask a friend of his, starting a rumour that will eventually come back to you.

he's definitely showing signs of interest in you...i say, hang with him more and talk! ask him questions that require more than a "yes/no" answer...and eventually tell him. what can u lose? if u dont tell, u will regret it later.

most likley he likes you. Or maybe you think he likes you because you like him. So you're just making reasons for him to like you
