If you are using Roxio Classic CD Creator or Nero... It's drag and drop. It's pretty easy.

You may have to FORMAT the CD-RW first.

The same way u would put them on a regular CD but u have to make sure that the CD is empty first. if it isn't just put in the CD, open it, and click on the button that says "clean this RW-CD", and ur good to go. PS. if u already have info on the CD that u want to save u should copy it off first then put it back on with the new stuff.

If you are backing up your files, than all you have to do is insert the CD, click on the back up button in system tools, which is under Accessories. Or, if your just doing some files, select the files, copy it onto the cd Drive when the CD is in. Afterwards, it should say "Files to be written onto the CD" or something like that. Then, you click on File(or was it under another Tab?), click on write files to CD, and then Voila! Be careful not to delete any files already on the CD.

you need a burning program that is Nero or Alcohol 120%
cd/rw blank disks, a cd rom that is a re-writeable CD rom, and the disks should be 80 meg disks not music disks, DATA CD's comes in stacks of 10=20= or 50 packs.

start the burning program, select the files from the harddrive to the buring program window, after you get something over there. The buring button is active. after you get all your files over in the right windows, then click the burn button. it will go to another screen and burning will begin. it will ask you if you want to save or discard the ISO....discard.

good luck

If you're using linux then look for a suitable software to write files onto the CD.

If you're using Macintosh OS then you can simply drag and drop where you'll be asked whether you have to burn the files on the disc. On confirmation the files would be written on the disc.

If you're using windows then you can used In CD writer or Ahead Nero software to write files on the CD...

Okay, this is a common but easy one. Windows XP makes this fairly painless. Copy the files that you would like to put on the cd onto your clipboard (rt click + copy or ctrl+c). Put the blank cdr into the burner. Go to my computer and select the burner drive now and paste the files onto it (edit paste or ctrl+v). Then in blue bar at the left side select burn these files to cd now. thats it!

OK, it would help if we knew more about the computer system with which you are working. I cannot save to CD on my home computer, but I can on my computer at work which is newer. Also, are you still using one of the older versions of WORD or the newer XP? I am including a site which addresses several issues and systems. Good luck.
