Witch Whales would you like for me to explain, the ones in the ocean or the ones on land. The largest ocean Whale is the blue Whale weighing around 64,000 pounds. Their not fat, this is blubber to protect them from the cold. The largest land Whale is about 700 pounds and this is fat that serves no purpose. In most cases it is from over eating. We have even given this a name obesity. As for swimming it is one of the best exercises, it uses almost every muscle in ones body. Swimming is better for you than jogging, walking or running.

If you went around with your mouth open all day swallowin' everything in your path you'd end up big as a whale too!
