There could be several reasons.
He already has someone he loves and promised her his heart and feels bad about the affair with you. (this one has a good shot at the truth.)
He's deeply religious, and sincerely wishes he had waited until he is married. (this one also has good shot at being the truth).
He thinks he disappointed you, and is afraid everyone will know..
He's not very good husband or boy material.
He's either very disappointed in himself or was just trying to see if he was straight and found out he isn't or he's mentally unbalanced.

It could be lots of things. Maybe sex is just a very emotional experience for him. Maybe he has some reason to feel guilty. Maybe he is very deeply in love and doesn't know how else to handle the feelings. Maybe he is not satisfied with his sexuality. Maybe it's all of the above. I dunno...

maybe he feels insecure about himself, or maybe he cheated and feels really guilty about what he did or maybe if it was his first time he just cried cuz he didn't wanna lose his virginity and wishes he didn't do what he did. I have no clue.
