Sometimes guys tell us, "You worry too much." In some cases they are absolutely right - in others, we are not always wrong in our worries.
Worrying all the time is bad for our health, and quite stressful. If your boyfriend has never given you a reason to worry, I would suggest that you try to calm down.

You have self confidence issues. You think you are not 'good enough' for him deep down, and he must think the same of you in your mind. Also the dreaded jealousy beast may be hiding in you, and you are afraid of losing him It may also be 'abondonment issues you might have. Mental health therapists can help you, and contrary to popular belief, your local mental health clinic is a good place to start with little or no money. Get it sorted out now, or the thing you dread most will come to pass as a 'self fullfilling prophecy. Good luck. G.

If you truly feel that you are worrying needlessly or excessively, it might be good to talk to you doctor and ask about being treated for anxiety disorder. There are a variety of medications that can help you get back on an even keel. Good luck!

It could be that he's great! You probably feel really happy with him and you don't want to loose him, and then you feel worried that he's too good to be true. I'm not quite sure.
Do some trust stuff with him. Like tell him your biggest secret, and then let him tell you his. Even do the Trust-Fall with him. Anything that makes you trust him more.

Its normal to worry some. I worry about what my husband does when I am not there. But do not dwell on it. Because no matter how much you worry he is going to do what he wants. Either he is going behave or he is going to be naughty. When you do discover he is naughty. Then you can ask what to do?
