The "brown stains" as you call them used to be called skid marks. So if someone remarks about it, just tell them you were coming to a stop rapidly. When your butthole itches, it might mean that it wants some attention.........

I soak my undies in soapy water then pour a little bleach on the spot and let it set for a few minutes and then throw them in the washer with the other white clothes. Sometimes its better to toss those and get new ones.

One of the best products to get any type of stains out of clothes is "Oxy-clean" It comes in a spray bottle now.
When your butt itches it means you ate something that is not agreeable to your system or you could have early warning signs of diabetes. I should know I am a diabetic.
It also can be like a yeast infection. You should go to a dr. & have him look at it.

Wow... looks like you have got some issues with hygiene....anyways you should throw those undies out and get new ones, and if your butt hole itches either your not wiping right or you have worms....
