All great names. I love Victoria for the girl and I adore Xavier. Thats actually on the top of my boys names too.
However my little one will be Preston Diego, but we had to throw some portugese in there hahaha!
Good luck, you have some great names already chosen, i hope you have a happy and healthy pregnancy

Personally, I'm a big fan of Alexis for a girl. Not sure about a middle name, if that's what you were doing there, but make sure to say the whole name out loud (with the middle and last names) to make sure it sounds good. I know someone named Shirley Whirley...so unless you want a rhyming name, be careful. Also Alexandra, Adelaide, and Audrey are nice (you can tell I like names beginning with A).
Boys' names...my favorites are Atticus, Derek, and Jason. Just make sure you love it and that your kid's not going to get kicked around the playground because of his/her name. :-)

www.kabalarians.com is a great source. you can look up names from all over the world. look them up by meaning, by location of origin, first letter, etc...
you can also get a totally free analysis done of how the name may affect your childs personality. for example, here is one done on the name Taylor:
Although the name Taylor creates an interest in the deeper aspects of life, we emphasize that it causes a blunt expression that alienates others.
This name, when combined with the last name, can frustrate happiness, contentment, and success, as well as cause health weaknesses in the lungs, heart, bronchial area, and tension or accidents to the head.
As Taylor you have a great love of nature and the out-of-doors.
All the finer things of life and beauties of nature are an inspiration to you and you are attracted to the mysteries of nature.
Difficulty in expression results in your being too positive, blunt, and candid in speech and although you are easily offended by others, you do not show it.
You crave affection and understanding, but rarely find it as others do not understand you and accuse you of being cool and aloof.
The average person would never realize the true depth of your nature.

I would suggest that the names that you pick have a unique young name and a mature adult name. What I mean is that you have a first and a middle name that a child could choose which one he/she wants to use as a teenager or adult. These are the names I chose for my kids, or the ones that we didn't use but liked.
Girl: Ariel Tayler
Scarlett Tayler
Boy: Rhett Tyler
Andrew Caden

All i can say is please really think about this......your child has to live with the name for ever. What is it with people naming their children after places? Dallas...NO! I am sorry, but i guess i'm old fashioned, i can't bear all these modern, basically made up from nowhere names that have no substance and sound ridiculous. From your list, Victoria is beautiful. "Victoria Elizabeth" would be great (it was one of my choices!) Your boys list...hmmm, not too enamoured with any of them, but i guess i'll go with Christopher as its my husbands name! I eventually named my daughter Emily Elizabeth louise......or Emmylizzylou (when we want to go a little bit country!)

Boys: Xavier Robert
Girls: Riley Kaden
I plan on naming my sons Wolf and Erik
and my daughters Scarlet and Kalela/Kalilla/Kalila (don't know which spelling I would choose, because it can be pronounced either Kah-lee-la, Kah-lay-la, OR Kah-lill-ah)
If I didn't go with any of the Kalela's I would pick Kiah (pronounced Kye-uh)
My name is Astrid, so I thought I would go with strong, Danish names for my sons.
Since I'm 14, I'm not planning on having children any time soon... it's just a thought =)
Good luck
