Shared my room with my brother, but he just left for college, and he took some furniture with him! Now I have a 4 and a half foot space along my wall! I can't stand looking at that big blank space, so what should I put there? Keep in mind, the thing can't be more than 2 &1/2 feet in depth cause it is near my entryway! I already have a dresser, desk, and tv cabinet, so i don't know what else i could put in that spot. Oh, and my room has a very feng shui kinda feel! Please tell me what I should put in this spot!!!!

I'm trying to guess at your personal style. Your room has a feng shui feel. Hmmm. And you have all of the furniture you need? Do you like to keep things pretty clean and minimalistic?
How about a big, bold piece of artwork? If you're into the feng shui thing, maybe something that goes with that. A Bagua, a focal point for the room, a painting (or print) by a Japanese or Chinese artist like Hiroshigi?
Or if you're a chrome and glass kind of guy, how about a streamlined modern piece or even a kinetic mobile hanging from the ceiling? Maybe try looking at Ikea (they have a catalog online at http://www.ikea.com/ms/en_US/) and see if any of their floor lamps appeal. They have some that are pretty sculptural. Or, heck, what do I know? Just stick a fridge in the space and fill it with your favorite beverage.
