walmart,ikea,thrift stores,garage sales,consignment shops.
And for ideas-go to the expensive places! See how they set up and accessorize. Take a camera along. When you find something you really like, ASK if you can take a picture. Tell them you want to see if it would work in your home. Most places won't mind. Then go find similar items in your affordable places to do your version at a cheaper price.

ask friends and friends of friends if you dont mind second hand items. they usually have something they want to discard of. you can always DIY to give the item a new lease of life.
try salvation army shops
and of cos, IKEA.
