in theaory yes you can get a blood clot from even a little bump but it is highly unlikley

I'm curious why you are asking this, because it is very possible to get cellulitis from a bug bite which resembles a blood clot with redness and swelling in the affected extremity. If you do have this and the redness and swelling spreads, you need to see a Dr. asap.
