Sure and no. Some persons use water rather for food. So in this approach it is vitally unhealthy and will backfire. Ultimately when you unfastened what you need you'll reap all of it back after which some. More commonly for the reason that you didn't alternate any dangerous consuming habits. You just starved your self. Now when you do this in a way of more water and not more sugary drinks than yes it can be ok. It's going to usually support you loose weight. It can be one step to eating fitter and eating higher results in a healthy weight.

It's nothing to worry about. You're just building up muscle tone. Muscle weighs more than fat, so that's why you shouldn't check a scale out when first starting out on an exercise program because it'll make you feel like you're doing something wrong. As long as you feel great and energetic and nothing's hurting, you're doing everything right. The best time to check the scale is probably after 10 weeks of exercising. By then you should have lost a fair enough amount of fat and the number should be lower than when you first started.
Hope this helps. =)

muscle weighs more than fat.
a lot of people get really upset when they see the scale not move or move the wrong way when they exercize. You're gaining muscle mass while you're burning fat. You might be gaining muscle faster than you're burning fat.
It's also best to weigh yourself the same time of the day everytime you weigh yourself.

your body is re proportioning itself. More muscle less fat. Muscle weighs more than fat. You have to cut back on your eating. Also I had a son in law who could never loose weight . They did the fat to body ratio and he was under 10%. What he thought was fat was all muscle.

Muscle weighs more then fat. You not only need to weigh yourself but do measurements. Waist, arms, legs, neck and chest. You can lose inches instead of weight.

It depends on how tall you are and also what you're eating. Who know's you coud be just gaining muscle but if you're not eating right, then you're just not gaining as much weight as you should be which isn't helping either.
