I found my father's birth mother after 38 years of them being separated, and here are some tips I've learned.
1. Don't put details about your family on the internet. There are a lot of weirdos out there who will use that information to pretend to be related to you and try to get money. They are very smooth, and you don't even realize they are scaming you until it's too late.
2. Try the Soundex register. The mormons are excellent record keepers of everyone...not just mormons. You might find the name there.
3. Try the vital statistics department to get records of marriages, births, and divorces with the name becky dunagan and see what comes up.
It might be a long search, but keep at it. You'll find him eventually. If you want any other search tips, please email me,and I'll be glad to help.
all the best

I am a descendent of the Dunagan family on my mother's side. My grandfather, was from the Denton, TX area in the late 1800s. Have not heard of any Dunagans named Becky but I will check with my cousin who is working on the family tree.
Here's a link to try with messages from others looking for Dunagans:

There is a Dunagan in Redding, CA. No offense, but he is actually on the Megan's Law website.
