Ok, so there is this guy that I see everyday on my walk to work....he is really cute, and we make eye contact, smiles etc. This has been going on for a little while, so I am wondering what I can do to get him to talk to me/talk to him...Do I just have to wait for him to approach me or what?

Men don't always have to be the first to make a move. A lot of guys like when a gurl makes the first move, he may even be waiting on you to see if you are that kinda gurl. Approach him, what's the worse thing that could happen? Don't wait for him to make the move, by the time you get the confidence to approach him, he may have moved on. Don't wait too long, or the "perfect" chance may never arrive.

i have actualy developed a habbit/hobby of walking up to strangers, weirdos, and random people and started conversations with them. we talk about 5-20 minuits, and we never see eachother again. we dont care. the memory is erased by natural short attention span and the randomness of it. and im surprized that most people feak out over making a new friend in that way. its so e z that i get iritated that people dont talk more often. just take a chance. take your first step. BOLDLY GOOOOO!!!!!1

just say something to him. there is a guy i work with who is really shy to talk to me. his brother finally came up to our section and told me that he talks about me constantly. i just started conversation with him like "hey, how was your weekend?" or something like that. if he's interested, he'll keep talking to you and may ask you out.

Just say hi, how are you. If he answers nicely talk to him. If he doesn't answer then move on.
