You cannot make a Windows XP installation CD from a running Windows XP computer.

Many computer manufacturers include a system restore mechanism (either a CD, or a second partition from which you can boot at startup time) which will restore your computer to its factory-setup condition (erasing all your data in the process). This effectively sets up Windows XP and all programs that came with your computer.

If you do not want to go this route, you will have to contact the manufacturer of your computer to get another Windows XP installation CD.

You cannot burn the OS onto CD from the harddrive copy, and if you lost your dice then go buy another pair, and if you are referring to the OS CD then again, go buy another... Good Luck
