He's a big black guy and i think alot of people are intimidated by him. I remember once me and my boyfriend was talking in my house and the door knocked(my bf went to get it)and it was my sister's hubby(Errol),my bf just asked him who he was and then Errol started swearing at him and threatened to beat him up. I was so humiliated by this incident and upset because my bf didnt do anything. I also remember about a year ago an arguement started and he started yelling at me and lunged at my sister when she tried to stick up for me,he came very close to hitting her. He has a very short fuse and hits his kids too, they are terrified of him. I've asked my sister before if he has ever hit her,she says no but she could easily be lying. I'm sick of his nastiness and he has made me look small infront of people many times,i want revenge but then i think he must be mentally ill or something(i know his mom use to beat him),what should i do?

In my opinion there alot of things to consider in this situation. First, if u were 2 call the police would ur sister make a report? Probably not, because i am sure that she 2 is scared of him. Second, if u did decide to step n and take action, would ur sister get mad at u for getting n her business? Violence is never the answer as u know, but u must also know there are some women in this world that now nothing but violence. I am not saying that ur sister is 1 of these people, but u must take everything into consideration. What will happen 2 her if she leaves him? Nine times out of ten he will try to track her down. U need to have a REAL and TRUE heart to heart with ur sister. Let her know that u r here for her but SHE has to be the 1 to make the first move.

Since your sister's boyfriend hits her kids, you need to contact child protective services. Let her know that if she doesn't get away from her boyfriend soon, there will be some serious consequences. Make sure that you have enough evidence to prove that her kids are being physically abused. In a way, you should stay out of it because it has nothing to do with you but since kids are involved, something has to be done. His kids shouldn't be scared of him and he has NO right to push anybody around. Give him a warning that if he comes to your house again, you will call the police. From the information that I've gathered, your sister is terrified of him. It is up to her to find the strength within herself to leave him. The best thing that you can do as her sister is to call child protective services and report child abuse. Your sister might not appreciate that now, but she will thank you later. I really hope my advice helps. I wish you the best of luck.

you can have a protection order against him.. which would not allow him to come to your home, or be anywhere near you, under ANY circumstances.
However, he may then NOT allow his wife, your sister, to visit you..
You could call children's services, but that may very well mean that they'd take the children not only away from him, but your sister as well..
Is there a woman's shelter in your area - call the police to find out. Maybe you can call them, and speak to them regarding this. maybe someone from there an assure your sister of her safety, as well as the kids.. but then he may come after you.
Sweetie, do something, because this sorry excuse for a man is very likely going to seriously hurt someone..
Are your parents still alive.. can you speak with them..
Protect yourself.. and them

There isnt much that you can do unless he physically assaults you or your sister and whats your sister doing with a man who may be abusive,if he has issues with his childhood treatment then he needs to be in some kind of therapy and not taking it out on you, your sister or your bf.By the way what does his race have to do with his behavior.

If he HITS his kids, then that's child abuse and he can be sued and possibly sit in jail. It serves him right though. Don't let mentally ill people like him run around free in this world. We have enough of them already and we don't need any more. Report him to the police. Thanks for doing the world a big favor!

Frankly I don't care if he is hitting your sister what the F is she doing with him if he hits her kids??? They all need to get out of there these guys escalate get out before it is too late. If she cannot do it for herself do it for the kids. Any one who hits kids is mentally ill. Can you say 911!

You can't do anything about him save cut him out of your life. Tell him once if he ever comes to your house again you're going to call the police. Tell you sister that yu cn't stand to see her with this violent jerk anymore but if she ever needs your help she can call you.
