skipping breakfast esp...ur brain runs on glucose as fuel...so when u skip b'fast (or u even jus take a drink like a juice or tea or coffee) ur brain doesnt get the required glucose to jumpstart the day....lunch well...similar concept but its jus to keep u goin...but dun have something tooooo heavy coz then all the blood wud go to the stomach n u wull feel sleepy..have something nutitious n balanced. U can skip dinner provided u take a hot drink or soup...coz dinner should be light...and should be eaten at least 4 hrs b4 ur head touches the pillow...so tat the food gets digest b4 u sleep and also prevents reflux leading to aspiration...

Yeh skipping meals can throw off your blood sugar making you tired, cranky and dopey. Try to eat small meals often. Like every three hours eat something small, an apple, some toast and peanut butter.. stuff like that.
