My question is...Why are men so hooked on looks??? It seems that you all want a trophy for everyone to admire,but there are ALOT of great women out there who are overlooked because they aren't a size 2.I am plus sized,but i dress well,I am told i am extremely attractive,but men won't give me a chance because i am over-weight.Are there any REAl men who exist that don't care if your not perfect but can appreciate all the good things you are even if your not a size 2?? Please let me know..only serious replies please,Thanks

That's a tough question, but the real answer is yes there are men out there that like plus size women, just as there are men who like petite women, there is somebody for everybody. But the REAL issue is w/society and not w/men or being a REAL man as you put it. From birth men and women are inundated w/sexual images and what the 'ideal' woman should look like. Watch any TV series or movie and there are 'attractive' typecast women in roles in which they almost rarely appear in real life. I go the hospital, grocery store, etc. on a regular basis and there aren't 'model' looking nurses, cashiers, doctors, etc. in mass numbers, but that's how it's portrayed on TV. So your real issue is w/society and the media, how can you not expect men (and women) not to be affected by the images we are shown every day since birth? Just like you seem to have something against women are size 2, your anger had to come from somewhere.....look inward......

The same reason women"catagorize" all men in the same boat! Not all men are hung up on looks! I look at the eyes then i look into the heart of the woman! my current gf couldn't beleive i was really "into" her because she is bigger than most my other ex's until she seen one that was about her size, then she reached over and said i love you!

have u ever turned down a fat ugly guy before in your life? have you ever considered going out with one? probably not. everybody has their own tastes. you're just gonna have to keep looking. so many people out there that one should not be forced to sacrifice anything they want in the opposite sex. not saying they shouldn't either though. it all depends on the person.
