I dunno...but you SURE just caused me to crave it! LOL!

Basically, you use willpower...use those things as an occasional (and I mean occasional, not even weekly) treat but don't partake regularly....you'll find the less you have them, the more you enjoy them!

Just stop - Put a rubber band around your wrist and tug at it every time you crave that. Some other suggestions:

Once you eat less and less of these two you will stop craving them and you will feel so much better. I know because I used to have a really bad M&M addiction and stopped it by doing the following:

Chew sugarless gum
Drink hot chocolate with skim milk
Eat sugarless candy
Try the whipped type yogurt - I like the mint chocolate mouse
Drink a ton of water
Try slim-a-bear, weight watchers, or smart choices fudgesickles - they are the best and satisfy my chocolate ice cream craving

Good luck!

You need to break from them totally. You need have a plan for how you will deal with the cravings and follow it. Your plan should get you up and moving (like out for a walk). Your plan should also have substitute foods.. that you will eat. Get the stuff out of the house....

You need to have a goal for yourself and figure out small steps toward the goal and celebrate each small step. If you fail, don't beat yourself up...just try and go longer the next time!

the answer is not to eat them all the time every time you get them. try to eat fruits and veggies mre and drink more water. there is such thing as too much of a good thing. unless you want to get very very very sick from eating to much chocolate then ui suggest you ease up on the intake of it. a little bit every now and then is ok.. and be sure to walk or job after eating that kind of stuff.

heres how i started to hate junk food think of what will HAPPEN after you eat it not when you eat it.think of it going through your lips and taste buds for one minute then picture it turning into fat slowly along your wasteline then think of how guilty you would feel after you ate it and how much exersize you need is it really worth the guilt and pressure to extrasize extra and thoughts flying through your mind like"im gonna be fat" i dont think so. grab an apple instead and picture the difference!

the best thing to do when trying to diet is to start something small that's feasible for you. if you can start drinking all of the water you need or eating healthier at meal time it will motivate you to improve else where.
