If you mean a tolerance then you should try drinking a couple of beers a day for a few weeks then step it up every month.. But if you don't drink don't worry about it, the best drinkers are socially responsible ones...(Don't tell anyone I said that..LOL)

Get fatter, eating before you drink helps slow how fast you get drunk by a little bit. You pretty much have to drink to build up resistance and that runs the high risk of becoming an alcoholic. It isn't worth it to be more resistant anyway, all that means is that it costs more to get drunk, and that sucks. I would love it if it only took me a few shots to get drunk.

It depends on the drink...Water is the best form of resistance...Or try plenty of watery fruits and veggies...i.e. watermelon, celery, etc...
