If you are talking about getting rid of the hair color, I suggest that you go to a professional. What a professional does is that they test your hair first and then decide what intensity of bleach is needed to remove the color.

Good luck. Anything chemical/physical will damage your hair. The key is to do the least amount of damage. I would suggest a soap cap. Talk to your stylist about it. It is not as bad as using lightner on the hair b/c you are using shampoo in the mixture which is easier on the hair due to the pH of the shampoo. good luck
