We've been listening to Baby Einstein CDs since my son was born and I'd like to get him some music with lyrics now that he is talking. Any suggestions for teaching and learing of colors, shapes, etc. or just fun and silly songs? My son is 20 months old. He loves cars and trucks, animals and playing in his sandbox.

The Curious George Sountrack is great for my 2 1/2 year old. He loves the song "Jungle Gym". It's his favorite. My boys also love anything by James Taylor. His songs usually tell a story so it keeps them interested and it is soothing music.

Two words...THE WIGGLES! My daughter has watched them since before she could walk...and still loves them at age 4. We have been to 2 of their concerts, and it's amazing at how they really know how to connect with the kids with their music.

And, from my days as a kid, you can never go wrong with Raffi!

We listen to Dan Zane at our house. My daughter loves him and his music is kid friendly without being overly cheesy and cartoonish. I love "Jump Up and We'll Dance Around", so fun!

If you want one that is nice for grown ups too, get the Curious George soundtrack. My son and I love it.
