Eclairs, Cream Puffs Cheesecake ( with fruit topping), Carrot cake, Key lime Tarts, Cannoli, Fudge Brownies iced with buttercream, Banana boats, Apple Slices, Fruit Tarts, Vol au Vent: Tasty chicken with white sauce complemented by flaky pastry, Lemon Tarts, Marzipan Fingers and Mini cream puffs .

pigs in a blanket, use little smoke sausages wrapped in cresent roll dough & bake,
thin slices of ham spread with softened cream cheese, put a dill pickle in the middle & roll up & slice, be sure you dry off the pickle really well, these are really good,
sausage balls are good too.
ritz crackers with cheese & pimento,
cucumber sandwiches,are really good too
