Sunny side up, medium, or cooked through. It doesn't matter to me. As a child, my moms eggs would never turn out quite right, so I learned to eat them however she cooked them! If they were sunny side up, I used the biscuits to "sop up" the runny yellow. If they ended up medium, i would mix jelly with the eggs and cut them up good. If they were well done, I would either make a sandwich, (on toasted bread) or put them on biscuits. So, any way they're fried, I'll eat them. I also like eggs scrambled, soft-boiled or hard-boiled, and poached.

i like runny yolk on ramen noodles, the white already cooked in the soup.
sunnyside up runny yolk with home fries and some ham.
sunnyside up, runny yolk, etc. the yolk is the best part,don't cook it dry.

Runny..I cook egg in bacon grease,and spoon over the hot bacon grease over the yolk many times,and then the yolk turns slightly white.Done!!

Cook them over-medium, and then cut them up with a nice pile of grits. Throw some bacon on the side... it doesn't get any better than that!
