Mine did but I didn't know what it was. My son's started hurting the day he had to have it out and the doctor said it was close to bursting. An appendix is nothing to mess with. If it is hurting you should go straight to the ER

Mine didn't start hurting until almost too late. By the time I had gotten to the hospital and they had got me into the operating room, it had burst. Leah is right, don't fool around with this. You may have time, but you also may not. See a doctor.

My son when from in pain to OMG within one day... from early a.m. until midnight when he had it out...
he had vomiting the night before, a fever, and malaise. He had gone to school that day.
