Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. -Genesis 1:28
Anything else would be just guesswork.
God Bless you

God said:
Genesis 1:28 And God blessed them: and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the heavens, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
I was rushing and the first thing I found Adam saying is...
Genesis 2: 23 And the man said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.
I would like think that "Thanks" or "I love you" would be the first thing Adam said to God. But "I'm thirsty" or hungry is probably the first thought that he communicated to the Heavenly Father, because he was so young.

My answer is based on the teachings of Islam.
As soon as Adam's soul entered his body, he sneezed. So the angels said to him, “Say ‘Praise be to God’.” So he did (that was the first thing he said).
Then, God the Almighty said, “Your Lord has bestowed His mercy upon you.” This is how the first words Adam heard from his Lord were that he was forgiven.

We might not know the first thing that was said but there is the first thing "recorded" (in the bible) that God said to Adam. To which he could've responded, "could you wait a second while I get a pen?"

I am a Christian (Baptist in matter of fact). You should read the book of Genisis in the Bible (the whole Book of Genisis)
God bless you in your search and if you are looking for a good Bible translation to read/buy may I suggest the New International Version (NIV) .

Allah said to him "your Lord has granted you mercy".....
