oddly enough, i just tried baking a choc chip cookie in the microwave and then was looking online to see if i could find the right amount of time to use. anyway, someone gave me a batch of uncooked cookies, so i tried putting just one in the microwave on the "bake potato" setting, and then not leaving it in as long as you would for a potato. worked almost great...cookie got done & crisp, but i left it in a tad too long and part got a LITTLE singed...gonna try again w/a little less time...

If your microwave is able to also work as a convection oven, you can bake your cookies in the at the same temp and timing, as you would in the oven. My cookie recipes are all packed, sorry. But if I can get online, next week, I'll get back to you with one.

Lol i used to make biscuts in the microwave, they turned out like rubber playground balls. Nasty. I guess if you microwave cookies long enough it will eventually cook. i think its betty crocker has some microwave one serving kits, but those are like brownies and cakes and things. they are for your lunches. Ask at the grocery store about those. They are rubbery, but tasty.

the problem with microwave cookies, is that the microwave cannot brown them, so they will be a mushy hot blob, instead of a cookie texture
