Remember R.I.C.E
REST- Stay off of it as much as possible
ICE- (For the first 24 hrs.) 20 minutes on 20 minutes off per hour, after 48-72hrs use heat.
COMPRESSION- (not more than 48-72 hrs) wrap an ace bandage around the calf, not to tight! This helps reduce swelling.
ELEVATION- Elevate your leg to the level of your heart using pillows while you are applying ice, sitting or sleeping.
Good Luck! If it's not feeling better in 48-72 hrs you should see a Dr.! Hope you feel better!.

You sure it's pulled and not cramped really bad? If it's pulled alternate ice and heat a couple of times a day and take it easy on it. If it's cramps, increase your potassium (banana's or multi-vitamin).

Have you gone to the doctor about this??? But, anyway, probably rest would help.
