You just have to keep answering questions and voting on them...and in the beginning try not to ask too many questions becuase that deletes points.. I think you have to have like 200 or something.. you can go to the Help section of this to find out the exact number..
And don't get offended by the mean people that call you an idiot..those people usually just post so they can get the 2 points for answering a question...
Yeah.. you get 2 points for answering questions.. 10 points if your answer is voted as best.. and 1 point if you vote on the best answer..
you will catch on..lol.

Answer questions, don't ask them (that takes points away from you). It'll take some time, but when you reach level 2 you can start voting on answers when you've answered your max for the day, and add a few more points.
But what does this have to do with the category of Health?

Answer and vote for a lot of questions, and make sure you have good answers so you will be picked for 10 extra points. After a while you'll get to level 2!

Keep answering questions and quit asking silly ones because you lose 5 points every time you ask one.
