2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups powdered milk
1 cup peanut butter
enough corn syrup for everything to stick together
Shape into balls and flatten, place on plate, refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours until stiff.

Shortbread.
1 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup icing sugar
2 cups flour
Combine ingrendients with a pastry cutter until mealy, then use hands to work into a ball.
Either roll it out and slice into square cookies, or flatten it into a 1/2 inch thick disk and prick all over with a fork.
For the disk, bake at 300°F for 50-60 minutes.
For the sliced cookies, 325° for about 10 minutes, watch them and remove from oven when they start to color a bit.

SUGAR COOKIES:
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
In a large bowl, cream butter, shortening and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Sift dry ingredients together and add to butter mixture. Chill dough for 1 to 2 hours.
On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut with cookie cutters. Place on greased baking sheets or parchment paper. Sprinkle with colored sugar or leave plain to frost later. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.

QUICK AND EASY COOKIE
1 box cake mix
2 c. Cool Whip
1 egg
Mix together well. Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Yield: 4 dozen cookies. Quick and easy and delicious.

a bag of chocolet chips
a bag of butter scotch chips
a1/2 cup nuts
a cup cocnut
a can of sweetened condensed milk
bake at 350 for 30 minutes
