Who Invented curly Hair?

I know that people probably already had naturally curly Hair but I'm talking about who was the first person to Invent Curly hair like with curling tongs or other devices? So call me lazy I should have just googled the question but I want to know if anyone actually knows.

It's hard to tell. It's been around for hundreds of years. They used to heat some strange items up to curl hair with.
