Definitely not, just toss it on the ground, preferably outside so you dont make a mess of the kitchen floor, and have the kids stomp on it with their cleats.
Any dirt just consider free seasoning, germs will cook of on the BBQ. Totally sanitary.

You can buy an impressive-looking tenderiser if you want. I'd spend my money on better steak.
Let us know if you do splash out on a fancy one and we'll all come round and admire it. We'll bring sandwiches.

A good steak seldom needs tenderizing, However, I have a cuber that works well on Round and other cheap cuts. The ones with poker spears work well also.
Good luck!

Not really, you can do a really good job with a large zip lock baggie and a small cast iron skillet or any other heavy pan. Just be careful not to put a hole in the baggie.

Get a glass soda bottle. Drink the soda. Pound meat with empty upside down bottle. Be easy. This will go through the meat quicker than you might think.

I would just marinade it overnight. I use to use a metal one but it's too much work.

No. Use the edge of plate, a can, a wooden one, it's all the same.
