White Bumps?

Question

On my upper arm, I have these little white bumps. I have no idea what they are. They don't really itch. Can someone maybe tell me what they are from and how to treat them? Thanks!

It's called keratosis pilaris. Read below and click on the link or search the web for more info.

Keratosis pilaris is a skin condition commonly seen on the upper arms, buttocks and thighs. The skin cells that normally flake off as a fine dust from the skin form plugs in the hair follicles. These appear as small pimples that have a dry ''sandpaper'' feeling. They are usually white but sometimes rather red. They usually don't itch or hurt.

I've had those before, like little blisters.. I got them when it was hot outside but they went away in a couple of days. They may be some kind of warts.. warts come in all shapes and sizes. Next time you go to a doctor ask them about it.. but it doesn't sound serious. Or maybe you have some kind of allergy...

How old are you, my mom got some things like that on her face, and they were sorta like pimples, but you have to get them out with a needle. like break the top skin and squeeze, a ball white comes out. She had acne as a girl, and it was sorta an old ladies verson of that, however I get them sometimes and I am 48. I had one on my knee once when I was about 12. see if they come out with a needle.

It's probably just clogged pores. Try a loofah sponge to exfoliate, I bet that will help. (Not too hard, though! or you will rub yourself raw!)
Be sure to moisturise with a non-oily moisturiser afterwards.
