50:1.... one pint to 6 gallons so 8 oz. to 3 gallons

Try a half quart to 5 gallons for a 40:1 mix

Read the side of the can, it will tell how much to use per gallon for a certain ratio.

hi there, try 50 to 1 ,that is the usuall mix for outboards , thats a quart to 5 gallons.

yep 50:1 is a safe bet,chek with a marine suplyer and give model number too
