You really don't need a website to sell your dog.
Just put an ad in your local paper. Give a good description of it, age, markings, bred, whether it has had it's shots and cost.
That way you are getting local people who are interested.

If your puppy is a pure breed and you purchased her from a reputable breeder you will need to contact the breeder. If the breeder doesn't want to take her back or help rehome her, then contact a breed specific rescue. However, if she is a mix you'll need to make sure you screen the potential new owners very carefully. Do not give her away to strangers. Charge an "adoption" fee of 50.00 minimum.

If you got your dog from a responsible breeder, they'd want to have their puppy back so they can get it into another home that they know about.
Breeders who care about their breeds will follow up on their pups, so they can evaluate the genetics of their line. Like if the puppy grows up with no health problems.
If you got your dog from a breeder, try contacting the breeder to let them know what is going on. They may have another person waiting for a puppy right now.

Running the risk of giving your puppy to a crazy, which can happen anyway you sell it, try going door to door with your cute little guy. Explain that poor Binky will have to be drowned in a burlap sack soon, unless some kind sympathetic soul takes him in. It's hard to turn away a cute little sentenced to horrible death puppy face...

Make sure you sell it for at least 20.00, and don't give it away for free. Some people pretend to be nice and respond to "free to a good home ad", then sell the dogs to medical testing facilities. They usually get about 20.00 per dog, so if you have a small charge, you can make sure a legitimate pet lover is buying your puppy.

Where did your puppy come from? How long have you had him? You may be able to return him. I would contact the your local SPCA and ask them. They may be able to give you some suggestions. Plus, if you adopted the pup from the SPCA it may take him back -- the SPCA in my town will take a pet back that has been adopted out. Here is their link:

Where did you get your puppy? If you got him from a breeder or a shelter, you should bring him back there.
If he/she is a purebred, you should google the breed's name with the word rescue after it. Then contact them.
Good luck. I'm sorry about losing your pooch!

findapet.com, always charge a fee even for adoption because you will get some weirdos who want dogs for strange reasons. Also just google pet adoption and your state a lot of no kill shelters love to receive puppies because they adopt so quickly.
