because they dont know what they really want, they get too curious sometimes, most of them really dont find love on their relationships and when they realize it's already late that they are only infatuated to that person.. sometimes they are so immature! they dont want to communicate, well, actually most of them dont know how to communicate to their partners.. they only want to get what they want.. they're too selfish sometimes that it kills the harmony in the relationship that leads to break up..

Sometimes one person is quicker to mature mentally than the other. Or thinks that there is someone better out there for them. As you mature your feelings and thoughts change. Your wants and needs during your teenage years change when you become an adult.
Just know that you will always remember your first love, and as is said; If you love something let it go, if it comes back it was yours, if not, it never truly was. I've seen this happen - my niece dated her 1st true love for a few years, they broke up for a few years, and now they are back together and planning their wedding!
I hope this helped and good luck - teenage years are so hard.

Teen relationships are for learning about relationships. You learn what you like or don't like about so many things. It teaches teens how to act around others, how other families interact with each other. It's healthy to date different people to form your own opinions of how you want to live as an adult, what you expect from your partner, how you want to be treated, etc....the list goes on and on. Staying with one partner from early teen years to marriage really limits all your options and choices. Sometimes these 1st time loves break up but then later in life they reconnect. If you both are really "right" for each other you will find your way back to each other.

Because teenagers have raging hormones and are in the transition of life. They want so many things and have to decide which way to go and what to do. Fear of commitment.. fear of rejection.. uncertainty of the significant other.. many based on emotional uncertainty. and some just aren't ready, mentally, to take on a serious relationship that takes work while dealing with the things that life can throw you. it requires understanding and compromise, and some people are too impatient and preoccupied to put in the necessary effort.

Teenage couples never last mainly because they havent understood what their needs are yet.....there needs are dynamic because they are still evolving......thus they ultimately cannot sustain meeting each others needs for very long....
But the main reason is.....there so ****** horny, they need to **** like rabbits and it s impossible to **** the same lil bunny at that age....
Average Teenage relationship lasts 4 months.......courtesy of my adolescent development psych class.....
have a great day!!

Because they don't want to get married, they just realize that they better break up for some reason. Make stuff up. They find someone new.
