No. The NAME (singular) of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit is Jesus.

This is why the apostles baptized in the name of Jesus! They were obeying Christ's injunctive. Christ was showing the unity of God as one and only one, not that they were three seperate and distinct persons in one god, an idea that evolved gradually in theological and philosophical circles.

I recommend studying Modalistic Monarchianism. If you have any questions on this please feel free to contact me.

The Bible shows very clearly that there is only one God, and yet that there are three personal distinctions in His complex nature, traditionally referred to as "three Persons in the Godhead"—God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Each is distinct from the others but never acts independently. They are one in nature and purpose. This mystery is called the doctrine of the Trinity, though that term is not used in the Bible. The teaching, however, is present in seed form in the Old Testament and is revealed explicitly in the New Testament. Note passages such as Matthew 28:19; John 10:30, 14:26; 2 Corinthians 13:14.

Our finite minds cannot understand or explain this mystery of God, which is nevertheless a fact. We must accept the truths found in the Word of God by faith even though we ourselves cannot comprehend them fully; read Hebrews 11:1,3,6 and 1 Corinthians 2:5-10;14; 13:12. It is really not surprising that the infinite God should be complex in His nature beyond the ability of finite humans to comprehend! This doctrine is absolutely essential to New Testament Christianity. Theologians have pointed out that if it were not true, the Bible would be unreliable, Christ would not be divine, and His death on the cross would not atone for our sins, being merely the death of a martyr.

Does God need a name? It is enough to believe and obey. If you get concerned over the name, proper way to address, what to wear, etc, you end up with war and bigotry.

Don't sweat the details. Go with your belief and use the scriptures as a guideline (small "s" since there are different versions amongst Christians and who's to say that the Torah and Quran are not also scriptures?).

God is the name of the three in one. The Trinity. One spirit with three distinct beings. It is a mystery that we will only understand when we are in Heaven.

Father, Son and the Holy Spirit.

God is in one essence, but three persons. God has one nature, but three centers of consciousness. That is, there is only one WHAT in God, but there is three WHOS. There is only one IT, but three I's. This is a mystery, but not contradiction. It would be contradictory to say God was only one person, but also was three persons. Or that God is only one nature, but He also had three natures. But to declare that God is one essence, eternally revealed in three distinct persons not a contradiction.

There is an appropriate lyric from an old hymn that states, "God in three Persons: blessed Trinity."
