This varries with different men. But personally I like a petite woman with a good figure, not flat chested or anything, and a pretty face. As far as personality I don't like when women try to be smarter than me. Chances are their not, and most men would rather not argue with a girl if he doesn't have to. The biggest turn on for most men is the single fact that the woman is INTO him! If he doesn't act like it he's lying.

im guessing its their looks, there are cute girls (good girls),and hot girls (dress vey sexy, kinda like a bad ***, but not too much) they have a little something extra that cute girls dont have. agian i maybe wrong but im guessing.
